ARCHITECTURE

We are our projects. Our architectural research is inspired by the desire to use a modern constructive language tied to design activities, with a particular focus on the user-building-environment relationship. Rather than impose a “style” in each location, it is the varied and unique character of each single territory that constitutes a starting point for the architectural design.

Our designers’ training and expertise ensures a conservative approach toward historical buildings, combined with a very modern interpretation and in-depth research on the relationship between materials, the local building culture and new technologies, similarly to the continuous protection of the harmonious union of artisan skills and industrial production. The theme of sustainability is not only an indispensable element, but rather the protagonist of the entire design process in an effort to recreate the building, entirely integrated into its surrounding habitat.

DESIGN

The best way to come up with a good idea is to come up with lots of ideas.

Design is a project. A project is getting to know the present in order to project ourselves into the future. Design is not art, but rather much more. It is a vertical trajectory that involves technique, science and sociology, it is transformed and reworked to offer ingenuity, engineering, style.

Design is part of our everyday lives, it must be useful, solve problems. It passes through production and distribution lines and is met with an economic response.

Designers are analysts of the present and of all areas where an idea is needed. They must be attentive and resolute, returning the idea in the form of an object, space or simply an intelligent and innovative solution.
